Our Purpose

To provide small businesses with efficient solutions for capturing and maintaining accurate financial information as well as being a knowledgeable yet compassionate place to ask for guidance.

Our purpose statement is more than a mission; it’s a promise we make to our clients. We exist to provide small businesses with efficient solutions for capturing and maintaining accurate financial information. We know that clarity in the numbers is the first step toward real progress, and we are committed to ensuring our clients have the tools and support they need to run their businesses smoothly.

But our purpose goes beyond numbers and spreadsheets. We strive to be a knowledgeable yet compassionate place to ask for guidance. Whether you’re facing a challenge, making a big decision, or just seeking reassurance, our team is here to listen, share expertise, and offer encouragement. I have always said I wanted our clients to have the Fortune 500 experience without hiring 100’s of employees.

Our culture wasn’t built in a day, it’s developed over years of shared experience, learning, and commitment. Our core values are the compass points that guide our journey, shaping how we work, serve, and grow together. About five years ago our team came together to really think about what core values mean to us. It was a group effort putting these together, a proud moment when I watched our team come together for the betterment of the business and our clients.

  • Community Service: We believe in giving back, not only to our clients but to the wider community. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference, whether it’s supporting a local cause or simply lending a helping hand. We love what we can do for Solidarity Sandy Springs, Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, North Fulton Community Charities and recently we discovered Angels Among Us Pet Rescue
  • Always Be Curious: Curiosity fuels innovation. We encourage our team, and our clients, to keep asking questions, seeking new solutions, and challenging the status quo. The best ideas often come from an open mind and a willingness to explore. Our team is always asking the “why” questions and taking classes, listening to podcasts and meeting with new vendors to get a deeper understanding of what is new and evolving in business and accounting.

The true measure of our culture is how it shows day after day. It’s in the way our team remotely greets every client with a smile, you can feel the smile over the phone or in an email, eager to help but never too busy to listen. 

It’s in the extra hours spent ensuring a report is accurate, or the thoughtful follow-up after a tough conversation. It’s in the laughter during team lunches, the encouragement during busy seasons, and the pride we all share in every success story, large or small. 

One of my favorite things,  sending emails to our team when a client thanks me for an amazing job one of the team members is doing or a special project that a client was struggling with and our team helped make things clearer.

Our purpose and values aren’t just ideals; they’re the reason our clients trust us to guide them through complex financial decisions and challenges. They’re why our team feels motivated to push forward, to learn, and to grow. This is why, after nearly 20 years, we’re not just surviving, we’re thriving.
