Our onboarding process is designed to accomplish three things:

Help us understand how cash flows into/out of your business
Explain the data we need you to collect (bank info, bills, statements)
Set realistic expectations for how our collaboration will unfold and standardize over time.

With that in mind, how did your onboarding experience match your expectations?(Required)

It was on target - you asked for what I expected; the process was easy and took about as long as I expected

It was pretty good - the discussions took a little longer than I expected but otherwise was good

It was okay - I didn't have any problems but I didn't really know what to expect

It was less than ideal - I often didn't understand what you meant and so everything took longer than I expected

It was NOT a match - I had trouble understanding what you wanted and why. It took way too much time.

Understanding that we are just getting started working with you, in which one of these areas do you think we'll save you the most time?(Required)

By keeping everything current, I won't have to spend as much time getting things ready for my CPA next January

I won't have to track down old transactions I don't recognize any more

I won't have to make sure expenses are charged back to my customers
